This market resolves to the outcome corresponding to XRP's closing price in USD on 31 October 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, as reported by CoinGecko's historical price data (using the daily close for that date). The price is determined by the volume-weighted average of major spot exchanges at the UTC midnight boundary closest to 11:59 PM ET on that date. If CoinGecko data is unavailable, the primary fallback is the closing price from Kraken, Coinbase, or Bitstamp (in that order of preference), using the last trade price at or before 11:59 PM ET on 31 October 2026. A consensus of credible crypto price aggregators (CoinMarketCap, Messari, or major exchange APIs) may also be used if the primary source is inaccessible. The outcome bucket is determined by which range the closing price falls into at that moment; if the price falls exactly on a boundary (e.g., $3.00), it resolves to the lower bucket.
