This market resolves to the company with the highest market capitalization as of 31 December 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Market capitalization is calculated as the closing stock price on that date multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares. For companies listed on multiple exchanges, the primary listing (home country exchange) closing price is used. If a company is delisted, acquired, or ceases to exist before the resolution date, it resolves NO. The primary resolution source is the official closing price from the company's primary stock exchange (NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, etc.) combined with the company's official share count as of that date. A consensus of credible financial reporting services (Bloomberg, Reuters, Yahoo Finance, or official exchange data) may serve as a tiebreaker or fallback. The company must be a publicly traded entity with verifiable market data available on the resolution date.
