This market resolves to the company with the highest market capitalization as of 11:59 PM ET on 31 December 2026. Market capitalization is calculated as the closing stock price on that date multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares. For companies listed on multiple exchanges, the primary listing (home country exchange) closing price is used. Data will be sourced from Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, or the company's official investor relations disclosure; a consensus of credible financial reporting services may also be used if primary sources are unavailable. The resolution date snapshot is taken at market close on 31 December 2026; any corporate actions (splits, mergers, spin-offs) completed by that date are reflected in the calculation. A company must be publicly traded and have verifiable market data available on the resolution date to qualify.
