This market resolves based on the official results certified by Toronto Elections following the 2026 Toronto municipal election. Each outcome represents a candidate who is running for mayor of Toronto. This market resolves YES for the candidate who receives the most votes and is declared the winner by Toronto Elections, and NO for all other candidates. The resolution source is the official certified results published by Toronto Elections on their website. A consensus of credible Canadian news reporting (CBC, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, CTV) may serve as a secondary source if official results are delayed. Candidates must be formally registered with Toronto Elections to qualify as outcomes in this market. Write-in votes and spoiled ballots do not count toward any candidate outcome.
