This market resolves as "Yes" for the listed person or option that owns the largest voting stake in Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball (1995) Ltd. as of December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Israel Standard Time (UTC+2). All other listed options resolve as "No". Ownership is determined by the legal ownership of the Company's voting shares at the snapshot time. Any transaction that has been announced or executed but has not become legally effective by then will be disregarded. For all listed options, ownership is assessed on a fully aggregated, look-through basis. Each option represents the named individual or family group together with all directly or indirectly controlled entities, subsidiaries, investment vehicles, holding companies, trusts, nominees, and any other ownership structures attributable to that person or family group, all treated as a single unified ownership position. Where the Company is held directly or indirectly through one or more intermediary entities, voting ownership will be attributed to the ultimate beneficial owners according to their voting interest, regardless of the number of intermediary entities involved. If ownership or control of an intermediary entity changes, the Company's voting shares will be attributed to the resulting ultimate beneficial owners accordingly. The Tie option resolves as "Yes" if two or more listed options share the largest voting ownership stake at the snapshot time. Otherwise, it resolves as "No". The Other option resolves as "Yes" if the largest voting ownership stake belongs to a person or entity that is not represented by one of the listed options. Otherwise, it resolves as "No". The primary resolution source will be official documents or disclosures that establish the Company's voting ownership as of the snapshot time, including filings submitted to the Israeli Registrar of Companies where available. If no such official documentation is available or is insufficient to determine ownership, resolution will rely on consistent reporting from at least two independent, reputable Israeli media outlets.
