This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy announces, by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, that it has filed for any form of bankruptcy or that it intends to file for bankruptcy. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." A public announcement alone is sufficient for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether a bankruptcy filing is ultimately submitted. The announcement must be issued through an official or verified company channel, including a written or recorded statement from the CEO, the company's legal representatives, or any other person or team officially authorized to speak on behalf of the company. If necessary, a definitive consensus of credible reporting may also be used for resolution.
